Sebastian Otterhals specialises in public affairs and contact with authorities, strategy and public relations. He has particular experience with projects within the energy, tourism and health sectors.

Sebastian has worked as a consultant in public affairs, government contact and communication for several years. He has extensive experience in politics as an elected representative, employee representative and employee of the Norwegian Young Conservatives and the Conservative Party of Norway. Today he sits on the municipal council in Bærum and is 1st deputy chairman of the local party. In the 2023 municipal and county council elections, he was responsible for the strategy and implementation of the local election campaign, which secured the party one of its best results in over 50 years.

Previously, Sebastian worked at Geelmuyden Kiese, where he worked with a large selection of clients in several sectors. Here he assisted companies and organizations with challenges at all levels of management. He has also been a hired adviser to the Norwegian Tourist Association (DNT). In 2023, he represented Norway in the international final of Young Lions PR in Cannes.

Sebastian has a bachelor's degree in Economics & Politics from Queen Mary University of London and a one-year unit in Market Economics from BI Business School.
