Geiro Harnes has worked in communications for over 20 years, and his specialities are developing communication strategies, working with insights and analysis, PR and creative campaigns.
He has a particular focus on and commitment to the health sector, and he has helped various pharmaceutical companies, medtech businesses, start-ups and private healthcare companies with everything from market access to marketing. He has worked on several large creative campaigns, complex insights and social reports, as well as with innovative communication for healthcare personnel and patients. All with strong commercial results.
Geiro previously worked at Geelmuyden Kiese for 15 years, 10 of which as a partner. At GK, he launched and led the agency's health initiative, GK HealthHUB. He has also worked for 6 years as head of communications at the pharmaceutical company MSD/Merck, and before that, he had a long career as a journalist, shift manager and news director at VG.
He has a master's degree in Management from BI Norwegian School of Business and Economics and a bachelor's degree in history, political science, and philosophy.
